CIM 280-EU GiC

The CIM 280-EU is a standard interface for GDP data transmission via 3G/4G cellular network from a dedicated Grundfos e-pump or controller to the Grundfos iSolution cloud (GiC).

It has a RS 485 interface with a Modbus RTU master function to connect an external wired Modbus RTU slave device. Modbus RTU activation and parameter configuration to get configured from cloud.

The cellular module can work as interface enabling a Grundfos GiC system to communicate via a remote connection via 3G/4G cellular network with dedicated Grundfos e-pumps or controller. An predefined amount of data points will then be available to get transferred from/ to the connected product. The possible data are depending on the connected product and the related cloud application.

The CIM 280-EU GIC 3G/4G EU cellular interface is an add-on communication module, which is installed internally in a Grundfos e-pump or a Grundfos controller or CIU 900 or CIU 901 or CIU 902 or CIU 903.

Grundfos E-pumps (mod. H/I/J), MAGNA3, CU 362 Dedicated Controls, LC 2xx Level controller, CU 352 MPC, Hydro Multi-B, Hydro Multi-E (mod. H/I/J),

or via CIU 900:		MP 204, CUE, TPED 11-22kW (mod. F/G), DDA dosing
or via CIU 901:		analog inputs/ outputs, digital inputs/ outputs
or via CIU 902:		SEG AutoADAPT
or via CIU 903:		SQ Flex, MG Flex

or selected Modbus RTU slave device

The CIM 280-EU interface require a related 3G/4G antenna

The package include a related eUICC data SIM Card with international roaming to be allowed for usage for mobile data traffic within Grundfos digital offerings only.

To access the GiC solution a separate contract with Grundfos might be required. Interface is CE marked

4G bands:		B1(2100), B3(1800), B7(2600), B8(900), B20(800)
3G bands:		B2(2100), B8(900)
2G bands:		B3(1800), B8(900)

A small battery is available as accessory to be able to send an information if power goes down
